America loves chicken, and Dave’s Hot Chicken is America’s rising star. We’re honored to have been chosen for Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant buildout, which opened in Spring of 2025 in Baton Rouge. The property was a vanilla box with basics, and we had just six weeks to convert it into a National brand near LSU. Fortunately, that’s a common occurrence with us. Our team of craftsmen, builders, plumbers, and electricians went to work-and the result is HOT!
