Our client, AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana, needed a complete renovation of their 4th-floor office suite in the South Tower of the Perkins Rowe Office Building — but they couldn’t afford to pause business operations to make it happen. The challenge was clear: remodel nearly two-thirds of the floor while keeping staff fully functional and minimizing disruption to neighboring tenants above and below.
